Warranty: |
Unless a longer warranty is purchased with a
pre-assembled computer system, all systems built by Mirai Solutions are
covered under a 90-day limited warranty in effect for 90 days past the
ship date of each system. This warranty provides all repairs necessary
for non-physical damage incurred by manufacturer or assembly error.
Evidence of damage, misuse, or modification by the customer will result
in voiding of this warranty. This warranty does not cover systems
shipped outside of the US and Canada. When systems returned to us as
faulty are found to be working or when the warranty on the item has been
voided, the cost of shipping back to the customer will be charged to the
customer. All other products sold
by Mirai Solutions are covered under manufacturer warranties only.
Please refer to the manufacturer's website for the warranty period and
coverage for these items. For undamaged items, please refer to our
return policy below.

Returns: |
Returns are accepted within 30 days after
shipping. Please email
support@miraisolutions.net if you wish to return a part or system
for refund, exchange, or repair or call 1-586-549-7154. Please do not
return products to our business address without confirmation to do so.
We will handle your problem as quickly as possible. Incorrectly ordered
or unwanted items may be returned to us for refund, provided we are
informed within the 30 day return period. Shipping and system labor
charges are non-refundable. Except in the event of a shipping error,
customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to Mirai
Solutions. All returned items will be checked and/or tested before
issuing a refund or replacement.
The following Products and Systems are non-refundable, non-returnable
and non-exchangeable:
- Volume discounted orders
- Software, including software in
systems
- Products or systems that are
defaced, modified, or physically damaged
- Products or systems that have the
warranty label/mark removed
- Products or systems that have become
non-functional due to user error or virus
- Retail boxed items returned without
the original retail box, manual, driver CD and/or cables
